SOFT SILVER PLANS TO BUILD A $500 BILLION MEGA-AI DATA CENTRE IN OHIO, USA

On March 20, the CEO of Microsoft and Silver, Sun Justice, stated that the group was planning to build a large data centre infrastructure project in Ohio, United States, and would invest $500 billion in this single project. The first phase of the data centre project, which is expected to cover 800 MW of electricity at a cost of between $30 billion and $40 billion, will be completed by early 2028.
