On November 15th, OpenAI Chief Executive Officer Sam Altman published an internal memorandum in September 2025, disclosing his plan to build up to 250 GW by 2033. According to Truthdig, this is equivalent to electricity needed to power India as a whole and its 1.5 billion citizens, and its CO2 emissions will also be twice as high as ExxonMobil, which, according to the report, is currently the “largest non-State carbon emitter” on the planet. Except the data centre itself..

According to CNBC, during an interview recently, Dale Tech CEO Michael Dale stated that the current demand for artificial intelligence algorithms was "very strong", but that the number of data centres in the future could be "excessive." According to Michael Dale, as the Big Language Model evolves into a multi-modular, multi-intellectual system, the market demand for AI processing capacity continues to rise. Dale Tech's server network business grew by 58% in the last year and by the same time in the last quarter it increased by 69%. At the moment, the company's AI server carries Britain Blackwell Ultra..
